Sport Clutch. I followed the Tech instructions about making sure I put the Upper dust shield on BEFORE the Flywheel. But, what about the lower dust shield? As I remember, when I took everything apart (a long time ago) the lower dust shield pretty much fell out when I pulled the tranny away and took the clutch & pressure plate off. My questions are: Does the lower shield just use the transmission bolts to stay in place? What about the captured nut on the upper dust shield? I don't remember, nor did I bag any bolt that went into that nut. Like I said before, the lower shield fell out after the transmission came away and the clutch & pressure plate came off. If I do need to bolt the two dust shields together via that captured nut, everything including the flywheel needs to come off i.e. start over. Additional question: Does the lower shield go behind the upper shield or in front of it? I couldn't find where the FSM deals with the dust shields and the Courtesy parts diagram doesn't orient the two shields one way or the other.
